Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Food and Drug General Authority's letter No. (17096 / p) and dated (7/15/1444 AH), In it, reference is made to the SFDA’s follow-up to international reports related to food safety in the countries of the world, and based on the periodic notification report issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) on (6/25/1444 AH) corresponding to (1/18/2023 AD), which states An outbreak of Newcastle disease in the administrative region (Pyrenees-Atlantiques) of the Republic of France.
The Food and Drug Authority would like to inform you of the issuance of the authority’s decision No. (16595 / Q) and the date (9/7/1444 AH) imposing a temporary ban on importing poultry meat and table eggs, their products, and equipment from the administrative region (Pyrenees-Atlantiques) in the Republic of France.
